DENHAM KICKS-OFF 90-DAYS OF LOCAL ENDORSEMENTS

MODESTO, CA – The Denham campaign announced the launch of its 90-Days – 90 Local Endorsements effort. Over the next 90 days until elections day the campaign will highlight one of its many local endorsements to show the Congressman’s strong local support among key local stakeholders, community members, local elected officials, and businesses.

“The Congressman enjoys a wide range of support across the district,” said Josh Whitfield – Denham’s Campaign Manager.  “The fact that Jeff Denham is strongly supported locally, and that bay area activists and money support Josh Harder, will be obvious to the voters by election day.”

The first announced local endorsement was announced today on social media, and it featured Jeramy Young, the City of Hughson’s Mayor. The campaign said they would announce a new local endorsement to highlight daily. The Denham team stated that it’s 90 Days of Local Endorsements supports their already strong and diverse grassroots effort. The campaign has over 100 active local high school and college-aged volunteers each week.

“I have always been honored to have strong and diverse support at home,” said Jeff Denham. “It is both humbling and inspiring to see how many young people, from all walks of life, show up to volunteer for our campaign each week.

In addition to a vibrant core of young volunteers, the campaign boasts a wide range of coalitions groups which include: Teachers for Denham, Sikhs for Denham, Veterans for Denham, Assyrians for Denham, Millennials for Denham, Farmers for Denham, Latinos for Denham, Business Leaders for Denham and Faith Based Leaders for Denham. More coalitions groups are still set to be launched in the coming weeks.
